"Unforgettable".
That is the only way to describe the whole trip to Kuala
Lumpur.
It
started with Lee, Richard, Craig and myself experiencing
at first hand the Buddhist belief that "it was meant
to be"; a huge traffic jam and nervous glances at
watches meant that we were running late, very late, for
the overnight train from Bangkok to Butterworth. Sprinting
down the station platform to the end carriage of the longest
train you've ever seen and just managing to find our seats
as the train pulled out of the station made everyone gasp
in relief. Then it was time to relax
